millwork showcase - Project Rose - pt 2

I told you there was more to share about this incredible home and I wasn’t foolin!

I would like to apologize for starting this conversation with a toilet picture - but, well . . sorry not sorry - because this bathroom is perfection!

I mean, just look at that vanity with those inlaid pulls!

The paneling behind the mirrors and a massive yet sleekly designed storage cabinet.

Yes please.

How do we feel about double vanities? Cause I really want this for my ensuite (which is in desperate need of a reno), but I don’t know if it’s in the cards. Reason being - we have a laundry shoot - which I love! However the placement of it in the ensuite makes it impossible to add another sink. Sooo laundry shoot or double vanity . . . how to choose??

While we ponder, lets look at some more images of this beautiful bathroom shall we?

Quick refresher - the incredible millwork in this home was done by Wheelers Studio and beautiful Interior Design was the work of Michelle Berwick. And this team brought to life more than just an incredible kitchen and bathroom!

Next up - laundry (and mudroom)!

How pretty is this space?

I feel like I might even be happy doing laundry in this space - you know? All that beautiful natural light coming in!

And I love how the millwork theme is carried throughout the house with similar cabinetry and all inlaid sleek cabinet pulls.

Ooh - how do you like the hers and hers jean jackets, lol? I grabbed a few things from home to help style this space up as I wasn’t sure what would be available - turns out the homeowner (who is lovely) and I both love a good jean jacket!

You know what I also love? That rod to hang clothes on - this is definitely something I would like to add to my laundry room!

(ahem - Raymond, are you reading this??)

And who doesn’t have a basket full of fresh flowers where a pile of ‘ready to fold’ laundry should be?

If you don’t - are you even laundering?

There. is. more!

Take a look at this statement of a slat wall! The view down into the kitchen from the second floor is already pretty awesome - but with that slat wall separating the upstairs loft area it’s incredible! I happen to know (from Raymond) that installing this wall was no small feat - but oh so worth it for the statement it makes and character it brings to the space.

Well played again Michelle and Wheeler!

Welp, that wraps up the images from Project Rose.

Unless you want to see pictures of the bread? Do you want to see some details of the bread that was on the counter?

Because it was from Farm Boy and it was delicious!

Ok, stay tuned, I’ll share more about the bread later.

xo
